When my friend J and I went for our aerobics session this morning, we found it was not happening. Who knew? It must be because it is a bank holiday weekend. Anyhow, we decided to go to a local country park to drink our coffee and read the papers. And discovered there was a craft and country fair going on. I bought a really nice gemstone necklace for a remarkably fair price, and got sunburnt on my chest. That doesn't usually happen...!

I had a really nice morning. Much nicer than getting all hot and sweaty to music...
